We currently have the need to find Bilingual or Polyglot Pros who want to offer their services to international clients located mainly in the USA. We are creating the Certified Pros Talent Pool (CPTP) in order to cover our current & future clients' needs.

What we are looking for

• Bilingual or Polyglot Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in at least two languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both. We prioritize candidates with fluency in high-demand languages such as Spanish, French, Mandarin, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, or Korean.

​

• Relevant Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective fields. We look for experience in a variety of industries such as Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Administration, Healthcare, and Human Resources.

​

• Strong Work Ethic: Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to their work, as they will be working remotely and independently. We look for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and take ownership of their work.

• Technical Skills: Candidates must have access to the necessary technology and tools to work remotely, including a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone. Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Skype, or Slack is also preferred.

• Professionalism: Candidates must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, as they will be representing our agency when working with clients. This includes having excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

By prioritizing these criteria, we ensure that our contractors are equipped with the necessary skills, experience, and work ethic to excel in their roles and meet the unique staffing needs of our clients.

 

How to become a Certified Pro
The following are the steps that you need to follow in order to become a Certified Pro:

1. Fill out the Contractor's Application Form below and submit it.

2. Request access to our platform by clicking on Log in section above found under Careers.

3. Once that your Application Form has been reviewed by one of our Talent Management Specialists, you will receive an email with the final verdict. This can take up to 24 hours.

4. If accepted, you will fain access to your Profile Section. Create an appealing profile for the Talent Management Recruiters to find you.

5. Start working on earning your Certified Pro Badge. Each badge gets you a step closer to becoming a Certified Pro or Platinum Pro.

6. When you receive your first gig offer, you will receive your Contractor's Agreement via e-mail. Read it thoroughly and make sure to get all of your doubts cleared by one of our TMRs.

How to earn Badges to become a Certified Pro and a Platinum Pro

We assign 5 different badges that identify each of the steps on your way to becoming a Certified or Platinum Pro.

• Resume/CV completion Badge. You have successfully uploaded your CV/resume to our platform and that you have also uploaded it into your Profile Section.

• English Proficient Badge. You have completed and passed the online English Proficiency Assessment.

• Personality Badge. You have completed your online Personality Test.

• Certified Pro. You have been vetted by one of our TMS and have signed the Contractor's Agreement.

• Platinum Pro. You have completed more than 10 gigs successfully, or you have have been collaborating with one of our Stars for more than 6 consecutive months.

Can I collaborate with one of the Stars aka clients without completing Collab With Pros' Badging Process?

• No. The  reason that we have created a Badging System is to make sure that we are creating a business relationship with the best of the best. This means no one can jump any of these steps to make sure that all of our Certified Pros are top quality bilingual professionals

Technical Equipment Required

• 50 Mbps download speed, 30 Mbps upload speed (no satellite Internet providers allowed, except for Starlink in some cases.)

• Desktop or laptop plugged via Ethernet to modem

• Wired headset with noise cancelling feature
