FAQS about becoming a Certified Pro
Becoming a contractor is a big step in a freelancer's professional career but it shouldn't worry anyone that has all of the information before taking that last decision to sign a Services Agreement.

Becoming a Certified Pro a.k.a. Contractor FAQs
Finding a Job Opening
You'll probably find our job openings on social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Also, we usually post them in different job boards around the world.
When you find a job opening that is of your interest, make sure to read the full job description since during the initial informative call the recruiters will see who of you are reading through the full information and who only skims through it.
Attention to detail is a crucial criteria point that top employers are looking out for.
Application Form
Once that you are convinced that you have found what you are looking for the next step is to fill out the Application Form.
On-boarding Process

Once that we receive your App Form, it can take up to 72 hours before we reach out back to you.

You will receive an invitation to a Zoom meeting with one of our Recruiters.

The Recruiter will go over all of your information and share all of the full job insights with you.

If you meet the requirements, you will take up to 4 different internal assessments before proceeding.

After each assessment we will receive your scores and let you know if you qualify to continue with the on-boarding process.
* Our assessments are usually Personality, Cognitive, Language, and Tech Skills Assessments.
Contract e-Signature
If approved, you will be sent a Services Agreement with the hourly rate, responsibilities, and initial pay rate.

Signing a Services Agreement as a Contractor does not mean that you're part of the company, but rather a services provider.

Signing a SA does not mean that you will get a job right away, but rather that you have been screened to become a Certified Pro in our Talent Pool.

Unlike other Staffing Agencies, we do offer some incentives to our Certified Pros as long as you have been working in a full-time position for at least 6 months for one of our Stars. These perks are:
- Career Development Courses at special prices or for free.
- Personal Financial Education Courses at special prices or for free.
- Paid vacations
- *Summer & Christmas Bonuses between $600.00 and $1,200.00 USD.
Payment FAQs
Payment Frequency
Contractors are paid on a bi-weekly basis usually every other Friday. The specific dates will be determined by each Star.
Payment Method
We have different options for you to receive your payments for your hard work. You can only choose one, but can move to a different one after 6 months.

Pay Rate
The pay rate is determined per Prospect based on type of job to be performed, experience, qualifications, assessments results, and location.

International based Phone Agents' starting hourly rate is around $5.00 USD.

International based Interpreters' starting hourly rate is around $8.00 USD.

International based Virtual Assistants starting hourly rate is around $5.00 USD.

International based Tech Positions starting hourly rate is around $20.00 USD.

Schedules FAQs
As you can imagine, we offer our Stars a 24/7 service. The schedules are determined by their needs and you can expect to find part-time and full time openings.
You will be informed about the shift on the job posts, during the initial contact, and during the interviews prior to accepting any job opening.
