Customer Experience Specialists are call center agents that create & offer an outstanding experience to the customers over the phone.
CES know how to listen to the customers, pay attention to their needs, and guide them through their needs.
Having Sales Experience is a big plus since this is your time to shine in order to retain customers who might want to opt out of their memberships.

Requirements
At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience.
At least 6 months of Retention Experience.
At least 6 months of Sales Experience.
Being comfortable to receiving customer rejections and replying with the proper rebuttal.
Open to receiving feedback in order to become the best.
Great attitude.
Quick learner.
Team player.
Punctual.
Training Period
Start & End Period: Tuesday, Nov. 15th, 2022 to Saturday, Nov. 19th, 2022
Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday thru Tuesday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (36 hours)

Gross Weekly Salary: $3,200.00 MXN
